How can I request a sample?

Random Samples: Email info@megapromosolutions.com or call 917-675-3752 to request a sample. Processing and shipping take 5–10 days.

Custom Prototypes: Upon quote confirmation and payment, we'll create your sample according to specifications. Total process takes 10–18 days including shipping.

What do you need to print my art design on the product?

We accept vector files in AI, EPS, or PDF format, and sometimes in JPG or PNG format as well. Don’t have artwork? No worries! Our talented designer will work closely with you to create exactly what you have in mind. MPS charges between USD 30 and USD 200 per design, depending on the complexity of the job.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are made to our US or Canada company. 

We accept ACH, Cheque, PayPal, Credit Card, and Wire Transfer in USD and CAD.

How do you ensure quality?

Our quality assurance process includes 70% of orders being inspected and repacked at our overseas warehouse, while the remaining 30% undergo thorough quality inspection at manufacturing facilities prior to bulk shipping.

Can you do Drop Ship?

Yes, MPS offers distribution to multiple locations.
