MPS is a promotional products supplier with teams in both the US and China, we offer a wide variety of custom branded products such as hats, shirts, tote bags, backpacks, keychains, power banks, journals, pens, water bottles, glassware, lanyards, flip-flops, masks, socks, beanies, custom packaging, holiday gifts, gift sets etc. 

We also help distributors and importers with importing, quality inspection, order fulfillment and global logistics.

Do you sell everything?

MPS concentrates on promotional products, but we do have a professional sourcing team based in mainland China that can assist you with sourcing products from the Asian market. 

What is your workflow?

1/ Tell us what product you're looking to purchase.

2/ Get a quote from us.

3/ Confirm details and send us your art design.

4/ Approve virtual proof via E-mails.

5/ Approve pre-production samples via photos/videos/physical samples.

6/ Process deposit payment.

7/ MPS proceeds with production.

8/ Process balance due payment. 

9/ MPS ships the order to the designated location(s).

How do I get a sample?

For random samples, E-mail info@megapromosolutions.com or give us a call to request a free sample! Standard turn time is 6-8 days for a random sample (shipping turn time included).

For prototype, process payment for customized samples after getting a quote from us, we will proceed with samples based off your request and artwork. Standard turn time is 12-14 days for a customized sample (shipping turn time included).

What do you need to print my art design on the product?

We accept vector files in AI/EPS/PDF format, sometimes in JPG/PNG format as well. Don't have an art? No worries! Our talented art designer will work with you closely and assist your to create exactly what you have in mind. MPS charges USD30 - USD200 per art design, the charge depends on the complexity of the job.

What payment methods would you take?

Wire Transfer/ACH - Please make sure to write the PO# or INV# in the description section for us to locate your payment. 

Cheque - Please make sure the PO# or INV# is marked on the cheque. All cheques should be payable to MegaPromo Solutions Inc.

Paypal - We will create an exclusive link for you to process your payment on line, but kindly note the additional fee is 5% of the order amount.

Who will help me with my project?

We have a whole team of professionals that will assist you with your orders. Other than the designated Sales Representitive, who will follow up the entire process of your project, the Order Assistant will give you immediate feedbacks of every step, and our Customer Service Representitive will always be there to answer your phone calls.

How do you get the Quality Control job done?

About 60% of the orders will be shipped to our warehouse for quality inspection and repacking prior to shipping to the designated location(s), the remaining 40% will be inspected at the factories by our Quality Control managers before bulk shipping.

Can you do Drop Ship?

MPS is capable of distributing to multiple locations.

Can you do Fulfillment?

MPS provides fulfillment service not only in the states but also in China. 

How do you compensate if the quality is not as you promised?

If you meet with any quality issues or damage during transit, we will need you to provide as many photos/videos/documents as possible to prove the level of damage/defect, once your information is proved to be valid, we will offer you a refund from 5% of the order amount, up to 100%, based off the level of damage/defect.
